- Flisvos taverna in Grikos : our favorite place (their chickpeas are to die for)
- Trehandiri taverna in Skala : typical greek seafood taverna
- To tsipouradiko mas in Skala : typical greek food, on the beach, only open at night
- Loza in Chora : very nice food with a sunset view and the port
- Houston in Skala : brunch, light dinner, small dishes to share
Where to swim
Patmos has many beautiful and different beaches ! Here is a small description that will help you choose your daily swim !
- Petra : rocks, sun beds
- Agriolivadi : sandy, sun beds, trees, taverna and beach bar
- Kampos : sandy, sun beds, beach bars, water sports
- Livadi Geranou : sand and rocks, trees, taverna
- Lampi : rocks, taverna, few trees, waves if windy
- Vaghia : rocks, few trees
- Psili-ammos : sandy, accessible by foot (30'), trees, one taverna, waves if windy
Sightseeing
Patmos is known for its Monastery, Unesco protected village of Chora, windmills and the Cave of the Apocalypse.
You can wander around the old town of Chora and discover its particular architecture.
You can also climb the rock of Kalikatsou at the end of Petra beach and enjoy a 360° view of Grikos, Tragonisi and Diakofti.
Drinks & night life
Here are some places for a nice drink and party !
